Almost twenty years into the 21st Century witness economic and financial crises, greater economic and social inequality, seemingly irrepressible advances in public and private corruption, irreconcilable cultural values that corrode the social fabric, failed states, fragmented societies, countries that once were and they are no longer, massive migrations, terrorism, human trafficking, crisis of religious institutions.
